⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A+++++ EXPERIENCE! Miami On The Water exceeded every expectation! From the moment we booked, their customer service was incredible. In fact, the staff actually called me before the cruise to make sure my family was able to find parking. That level of care is rare these days and immediately made us feel valued. While visiting Miami, we booked a tour boat for a 90 Minute ride. The boat was nice with drinks and snacks on the top deck, ( not free ). The ride went by the Palm, Star, Hibiscus and Fisher Island. Miami history and views to the Multi-million homes with celebrities. The day was beautiful, cloudy with a chance of thunderstorms/rain. As we were boarding, the dark clouds were rolling in. Great tour! There wasn't enough seats so we stood on the top near the front of the boat and ended up having the best views. Tour guide was hilarious and played music to make it fun. Be aware of the lady trying to sign you up for timeshares!! Drinks on the boat were reasonable but you're also welcome to bring the drinks from the boardwalk on with you. They bring you past celebrity mansions and great views of the sunset. Bring cash for tips!

I recently took a sunset cruise with Miami On The Water, and unfortunately, it wasn’t quite the experience I was hoping for. The boat itself was more enclosed than I prefer—I was expecting a more open-air setting to really take in the views and ocean breeze. On a positive note, the narration highlighting the famous waterfront mansions was informative and engaging, and the drinks were definitely enjoyable. The millionaires row tour was great, I wish we would have seen more homes. I liked that there wasn't so many people like other boat tour. But one of the reasons I pick this company was for the air conditioning. And to a big disappointment, it wasn't even working. It was very frustrating with a baby and no cool air to cool off in this hot weather.
