Let me first say at my appointment everything was fine. It's after my insurance rejected the prior approval of the nerve block that I cannot even get a return phone call from the staff to find out the next steps. Not even to see if I can appeal the decision. Nor have I received any information on the possible medication discussed.Lookin for another pain doctor now.
After waiting 2 months for my appointment, it was abruptly canceled the day before. I am so mad & in pain & let down. How could this happen??? You've had my insurance details for 2 months, nothing changed. This is so disrespectful and unprofessional.
This Dr is very attentive to the patients concerns and definitely finds the solution. Office staff is very accommodating.
Dr Maury Ochoa has excellent bedside manner. He is attentive and very detailed with his explanations.Because of his personalized care my husband was able to be referred quickly to start a treatment. We are so grateful.

Dr. Maury is an excellent physician, kind and compassionate. He is a good listener and gave clear information in regards to treatment. Dr. Maury has been managing my sciatic pain and I have had great results. The office staff is professional and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Maury.
