🤬I was shocked by the number of hidden fees that came up during my mortgage application. When I initially inquired about rates, they seemed competitive, but once I got deeper into the process, I found extra charges I wasn't told about upfront. The communication was awful too—every time I needed clarification, I had to chase the broker for a response. It felt like they weren't interested in making the process easy for me, only in getting their commission. Definitely a stressful experience I wouldn't repeat.
Caroline was amazing throughout the whole process. She was with us through the easy parts and the headaches. Caroline was able to help find our property, shifting through the many obstacles that the real estate field has and also assist us with figuring out how to budget and qualify for our property.
