Hello views. I'm giving a one star because I was speaking to the front desk receptionist "Layla" (Lila) She was so rude and unprofessional on the call. I work for a insurance company and a patient called me then the office of 'Miami Medical Associate' on a 3 way because she was having trouble with the young lady on the call so needed answers on what was going on. I'll keep it private on here, but know that (Lila) needs to keep it professional at ALL times when speaking to other's on a call. FYI without your patients there's ... read more
Worst experience ever. I was Refered to Dr. Jany Sanchez, made appointment and was there on time. 1 Later no one knows what's going on. Don't waste your time with this office nor the office in Homestead neither. Same Dr. Same treatment
