I heard great things about this place and I figured I would call to see if they take my insurance. The lady who picked up was rude and not helpful. Tried to get me off the phone and threatening me that they talk between insurances like if I was trying to scam the system. Employees were all very nice and they do an amazing job at making you feel comfortable as well.
I was here recently and my urine results were contaminated . How could it not have been contaminated if they gave me a sample cup with NO lid? And I had to place it next to the previous patient’s OPEN urine sample. It is the first time in my life that I’ve experienced this unhygienic medical practice. I am compelled to share a disheartening experience with Miami MDs for Women, which has deeply affected our trust in their administrative competence and customer service. Instead of resolving an insurance claim issue directly with our insurance provider, the responsibility was shifted onto us.
