I bought a GMC Sierra from Miami Luxury Motors and only 5 days later the truck completely broke down. Before I bought it, they promised they would help me if something major happened, even though there was no warranty. I hate leaving REVIEWS, But this company MADE ME WANT TO WRITE ONE. Quick Turn AROUND. The fastest I’ve EVER BEEN & LEFT a DEALER - Got in at 3:30, Left at 6:30 Mind you the car JUST CAME IN for sale, Hasn’t been listed for more then 1 hour. So it took 45 mins for A FULL DETAIL CLEAN. I would have left in 2 HOURS! Truly that was insane, STRAIGHT BUSINESS DONE RIGHT. - Felipe, Sales Rep who will CARE FOR YOU, Keep you alive and ENTERTAINED. Most important FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE MOMENTUM to the END OF THE SALE.
I had a great experience! Miami Luxury Motors made the entire car buying process easy and worked with me every step of the way. As a single mother, that meant more to me than I can express. Felipe was incredibly patient, understanding, and helped me through every aspect of my purchase. I truly appreciate everything he did for me. I traveled from West Virginia to Florida to purchase my car, and it was absolutely worth the trip. If you get the chance, stop by and see what they have to offer. I highly recommend them!
Came into Miami luxury motors. I saw their website and I had a friend of mine that had recommended me to them bought a Honda Civic SI with low miles and I got a phenomenal payment.
