Honestly was one of the Smoothest experience at a car dealership. Brandon helped my husband and I, with no pressure and much patience from changing my mind on the car & the color. Gave us the time to decide & then worked out our paper work helping the numbers look correct. Grateful to come across genuine family own business. Thank you Brandon.
Warning!!!! Get ready for a long review. I hope I can express into this review how AWESOME our experience was from this dealership. First off we NEVER buy anything in Miami...Never say Never because we did. From the minute we pulled up and walked through the first class variety of vehicles they have for sale, we knew we were in the right place. Had one of the greatest dealership experience this past Sunday with Miami Luxury Motors. They made car buying super easy and fun. It felt like I was buying from a brother or cousin. Came in looking for a specific car left with something even more spectacular. Brandon really helped me out in picking the right vehicle not only for my self but for my family as well. All I can say is 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend.
Bought a car here back in June, the temp tag they gave me been expired since July. I’m an out of state buyer so to get a tag in my state, MLM has to send over paper work for me to get a tag from the DMV, we’re almost into October and after reaching out to multiple employees and even owners, still nothing. I’ve been getting tickets for having expired plates and have been reaching out for months with no help from staff. My car purchase experience was great, never thought I’d be going through this with them.
Best service. Everything was fast and easy. Huge thumbs up. Mike, Brandon were very helpful. Much appreciated.
