I hate leaving REVIEWS, But this company MADE ME WANT TO WRITE ONE. Quick Turn AROUND. The fastest I’ve EVER BEEN & LEFT a DEALER - Got in at 3:30, Left at 6:30 Mind you the car JUST CAME IN for sale, Hasn’t been listed for more then 1 hour. So it took 45 mins for A FULL DETAIL CLEAN. I would have left in 2 HOURS! Truly that was insane, STRAIGHT BUSINESS DONE RIGHT. - Felipe, Sales Rep who will CARE FOR YOU, Keep you alive and ENTERTAINED. Most important FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE MOMENTUM to the END OF THE SALE.
Honestly was one of the Smoothest experience at a car dealership. Brandon helped my husband and I, with no pressure and much patience from changing my mind on the car & the color. Gave us the time to decide & then worked out our paper work helping the numbers look correct. Grateful to come across genuine family own business. Thank you Brandon.
Warning!!!! Get ready for a long review. I hope I can express into this review how AWESOME our experience was from this dealership. First off we NEVER buy anything in Miami...Never say Never because we did. From the minute we pulled up and walked through the first class variety of vehicles they have for sale, we knew we were in the right place. Manny was such a great help he was able to get me in a new scat pack on my own credit after being told by multiple people I would need a co-signer they fought very hard to get me approved and with a low monthly payment as well . Peter the manager and Brandon the financial advisor were so helpful as well . I would recommend them anyone
