DON'T BUY HERE! (Miami Luxe cars) Manuel was the one who sold me the car. He told me one price, but the contract turned out 4x higher and they never even showed me the real paperwork when I signed, saying I’d get it in the mail later. He also promised to fix a few lights on the dash lights and never did. The car burns oil, has broken struts, leaking axle, bad ABS sensors, broken bushings, and electrical problems — and the “warranty” they gave me refuses to cover any of it. I’ve never come across such an unpleasant place before. The people who are supposed to help you actually make fun of you. We went to ask about a two-year warranty they promised which supposedly covers the engine, air, and other things but it’s completely fake. They sell you a car in terrible condition and then kick you out of the place, trying to intimidate you, without even caring that I’m a woman. How can places like this still exist in the 21st century? No tienen palabra , desde el primer momento me ofrecieron garantía de 2 años para a/C motor y transmisión , al mes de tener el carro , me falló el aire , lo compré hace 4 meses y eh tenido que ir 5 veces , y que me dicen hoy , que la garantía es con el banco, y que antes me están haciendo un favor por traer un mecánico , el cual en primer momento me dijo que eran 150 y yo compraba los repuestos y luego de hablar con nacho , me dijo que eran 350 , y que lo que le echaba el otro mecánico , que por cierto me recomendaron ellos ... read more
