Worst service. It’s a shame that when you look for an alternative from Uber or Lyft you get such a HORRIBLE service. Irresponsable driver who used his phone on the highway and then made NO effort to pick us up. DONT USE MIAMI LIMO SERVICE.
Ruined a friend's wedding. Avoid like the plague..
Honestly the worst service. They never showed up to pick up the couple after their wedding to take them to the hotel. When we noticed they were running late we called (several times) and were told time and time again that they would be there in 20 min but no one ever showed up. We received worst customer service possible. They even told off the bride which was absolutely disgusting!!! Never ever recommending this service to anyone for any event.
COMPLETELY ruined the newlyweds' send off by not even bothering to show up! Incredibly unprofessional and just flat out rude while they picked up the bride. DEFINITELY not worth it, DEFINITELY don't recommend!!
Disgusting and disgraceful! They're rude and late, especially the owner! When your contract says you're going to pick up someone at a certain time, they're supposed to uphold that guarantee. 5 minutes, 10 minutes maybe even 15 is understandable, but to be an hour and a half late is simply UNACCEPTABLE and INEXCUSABLE! And don't even waste your time complaining to the owner because apparently the customer is always wrong. I don't recommend this service to anyone. You'll be wasting your time and money.
Worst service imaginable. Late to pick up bride from hotel. Then was supposed to pick us up from wedding at 11:00. At 12:30am no one had arrived. Owner was extremely rude telling me to be quiet or shut up. Had to pay the dj extra waiting for limo which by the way never arrived nor was ever sent to us. Rather they were planning on picking us up in a mini van. Breached their contract everywhere. Then cancelled our pick up because of their unprofessionalism.
