Miami Lakes Automall 305-558-2400 is a sleazy, deceitful card dealer. I went to them to buy a KIA. My credit rating is EXCELLENT, but after being in the dealer for over 5 hours, they took advantage that my blood pressure was HIGH my salesperson showed me a piece of paper with the amount of the vehicle, and SOMEONE changed the numbers that we had negotiated in the sales office. Great experience. I came in and was browsing the lot and within about 5-10 minutes Luis Guedez came out to greet me. He was very friendly and not at all pushy, listened to all the options I wanted and found me a great car. I expected to get a Chevrolet and ended up in a Kia which I am totally in love with! They helped make my payments reasonable. Didn't have to do the normal back and fourth haggle. Over all it was great service and I am very happy with my new car!
After ten years in the Northeast without a car, Mayra Ruiz and the whole team at Miami Lakes Automall (Kia) made the entire process a pleasure. They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and honest, and treated me like family although I had just met them that morning. Mayra especially bent over backwards and was in communication with me all day helping with both the financing and the insurance. Best attitude, amazing customer service, would recommend to everyone!!
