This was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. My boyfriend went in to have a wisdom tooth removed. The provider began the procedure by making an incision and placing stitches, but the tooth was never removed. He then had to recover from a surgical procedure, deal with pain, swelling, medications, and several days of eating only soft foods, all while still having the wisdom tooth. 0 stars, place is not patient friendly at all, doctor has absolutely no manners and doesn’t speak to explain anything, my mom was still sitting in the chair and they told us to leave, didn’t even bother to try and help her out the chair, she’s 80+. Some machines were broken and even had cables showing. DO NO BRING ANYONE HERE

Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido. Tenía cita a las 12:00 p.m., llegué a las 11:45 a.m. y me atendieron a la 1:15 p.m., sin explicación ni disculpas. Luego intentaron empujar un tratamiento caro que el seguro no cubre y, cuando pedí solo la limpieza (que sí cubre), me dijeron que tenía que seguir esperando más tiempo. El lugar se veía sucio y descuidado, lo cual es inaceptable para una clínica dental. Perdí casi dos horas y me fui sin atenderme. Voy a reportar esta situación a mi seguro.
