Mi prescripción quedó incompleta pero el “servicio al cliente” es muy irrespetuoso con el paciente digo cliente. Durante una semana estuve llamando para que me extendieran la receta completa pero fue imposible lograr una llamada exitosa y la única vez que hablé con alguien fue abusiva en su trato. De nada sirve que los doctores sean buenos si trabajan como en una maquila.
Terrible customer service. No way to cancel an appointment on line. No respect for my time
Horrible service. No one at the front picks up the phone. I had an MRI scheduled and they could send over the paperwork in time for me to get it on time. I’m waiting in the patient room for almost an hour just to see the doctor and be done in 3 minutes..
Cannot get through by phone. If they ever pick up, all they say is 'Hold please' - then put you on hold for infinity. Pretty bad.
