Horrible experience calling to make an appointment. I called many times and got thrown on hold every time regardless of waiting for over 10 minutes in previous attempts. Very unprofessional staff and service. I eventually got the office managers extension x118 from another contact and they also bounced me to the general mailbox and their inbox was full. I had an appointment I made weeks inadvance to see Dr Font Rodriguez, talked to the office so all records and information from primary Dr can be transferred over, such as x ray and evaluation from my primary care physician. When I get there no records and they put me with an assistant that wants to take the same x rays again. This is why insurance irates are so high and people get treated like cattle. this morning waiting for hours to be seen - with an appointment and they don't keep the schedule, people with pain in the waiting room - cruel - the clinic should be aware of people waiting in an uncomfortable room with pain - cruel - unprofessional - I won't be back

Mi prescripción quedó incompleta pero el “servicio al cliente” es muy irrespetuoso con el paciente digo cliente. Durante una semana estuve llamando para que me extendieran la receta completa pero fue imposible lograr una llamada exitosa y la única vez que hablé con alguien fue abusiva en su trato. De nada sirve que los doctores sean buenos si trabajan como en una maquila.
