Cannot get through by phone. If they ever pick up, all they say is 'Hold please' - then put you on hold for infinity. Pretty bad.
The people working at the phone seem to be rather incompetent, not interested in doing their job. I had to call 10 times to get someone to help me, one of those times I was hung up on. Seek help elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible service from staff at the front and the nurse (Alex). They definitely don’t belong in customer service. I made an appointment to see Dr. Corces (Coral Gables) only to find out the same day of my appointment that I was gonna see his assistant, I called them and they replied: “I mean it’s the same thing, he just doesn’t perform surgeries and it’s weird because we always tell the patient so yeah”. Es increíble como este personal se burlan de los pacientes. Alexis y las secretarias de ese lugar son unos irrespetuosos y lo único que hacen es burlarse y reírse de las personas, en lugar de estar más preocupadas en hacer su trabajo.
Estoy plasmando aquí mi gran agradecimiento a todos los trabajadores de la parte de terapia física muy profesionales, gracias x su colaboración en mi recuperación de la rodilla, Abel el terapeuta, , y todos los demás , exelentes profesionales de su trabajo y atención muy recomendable este lugar además de la buena energía siempre positiva con sus pacientes, ,🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 suite 505
