Frustrating Experience with Miami Heat Pump I purchased two geothermal units (3-ton & 5-ton) from Miami Heat Pump about three years ago. Great Value for a geothermal heat pump. I bought a 2.5 ton. Put in a 500 foot well with 1.5 inch pipe. Cost around 25K total. Heats my house in a NY winter.

This place was fantastic to deal with. I needed to get a warranty part for my parents. And not only were they good about calling me back and keeping in touch, but we had the part so fast. I couldn't believe it!
