This is the most unethical company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We had this unit installed one year ago and have had problem after problem. They finally agreed to a replacement last fall after sending part after part with no success in fixing it. We were told we would get a new unit when in fact they just rebuilt the old unit and sent it back. Frustrating Experience with Miami Heat Pump I purchased two geothermal units (3-ton & 5-ton) from Miami Heat Pump about three years ago. Both systems have repeatedly failed—starting while still under warranty—and the company has not honored their repair commitments or provided promised reimbursements. 3-Ton Unit Issues (Upstairs) - Developed multiple refrigerant leaks between 2023–2025 at three different locations. - Paid over $1,400 in repairs with no reimbursement coming - Technically the first two leaks where under full w... read more
