Best fitness studio and instructors around! I was so excited when Miami Fitness & Lifestyle opened in North Andover. It's exactly what I was looking for with so many different kinds of classes and workshops for the whole body & mind. They truly focus on community, providing a relaxed environment and getting to know their members. Members are friendly, welcoming and there's a sense of comradery amongst the group. Went to my first class last night-cardio hip hop with Gina and it was amazing! Very clean and welcoming! Can't wait to come back! I was smiling the entire time because Gina is just so fun!!
I've been coming to Miami Fitness & Lifestyle since It opened. Not only are the classes fabulous with fabulous instructors but it is truly my happy place. My home away from home. The atmosphere is so inviting and the women are so wonderful. Everyone is so so friendly . It's much more than a fitness center. It's a lifestyle!
What a great experience. I'm a 'newbie' and felt very welcomed. Definitely will be going again.
