Not professional at all, will give you waiting on the phone on hold and will give you false information. Bascom and Palmer is better, cost more but its way better. Be aware they will schedule your surgery than cancel it because the "billing" staff doesn't know how to do their job and will tell you one thing then turn around and say something else... horrible place 0 rating if I could.
