Estoy super contenta con el servicio de Rufo y su equipo. Rufo siempre esta al tanto de todo, la muchachas de la limpieza son muy buenas y si necesitamos corregir algún detalle o el invitado quiere algo extra Rufo siempre está dispuesto a hacer lo que haga falta.
Excelent service, Rufo is very responsive and the ladies are great. Because they have their own in house laundry services I don't have to worry about my linens as it's always ready, they also receive all my toiletries packages and amenities so I only go to my units in the Alea building once a month
