This is highly disorganized in all areas of the business. The communication prior was not timely or thorough which left us questioning what to expect but we decided to give it a try anyways. After driving 45 minutes to get there they had instructed the wrong gate in the email (they have a disconnected phone number as well) and we had to find our way around the confusing track to finally find a small sign for entry. I was the last person to drive after being there for around 4 hours, they need to be more organized and have a numbering system that will allow the customer to know when they are next. Everyone just rushes out and tries to skip others. All laps are not given that are published in the email.

This company is either scamming customers or is highly incompetent. Neither are acceptable. I purchased an expensive ride in an exotic car (bucket list item) for my friend's 50th. My credit card was charged a month ago, I received an email confirmation just days before the scheduled time, and arrive 30+ minutes early as requested. We drove an hour on this beautiful Sunday morning and arrived in Homestead with nobody from Miami Exotic to be found and no response to numerous calls. Son unos estafadores!! Reserve para el cumpleaños de un amigo un vehículo el dia 11/15/2020 en homestead y me mandaron un mail con la confirmacion del evento diciendome el horario y todo y no vinieron... despues me entere que la compania no existe mas! Trate de comunicarme con telefono previo al evento y nadie contesto, fui hasta la direccion y no existe! FRAUDEE! Estafadores!! TENGAN CUIDADO!!
