I was Dr. Noreen Shaaban’s patient, but I am not returning to that practice. You will never be seen at the time of your appointment; they schedule you for 10 am, and the doctor shows up at 11:30 to see you, if you are lucky. An hour later, for 3 minutes, you will not get a chance to open your mouth, and you will be told that everything is great with you, despite the fact that you have concerns to address.
