I booked Miami Elite Transfers from the UK to meet our group of 18 on arrival. Communication was excellent, pre-payment easy via secure payment links. On arrival 2 immaculate vehicles were there to collect us - the party bus was great fun with music videos on demand. Drivers looked very professional too. I’ve used Miami Elite Transfers several times now for airport, hotel, and cruise port pickups around Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, and they’ve never let me down. I absolutely love this company and their professionalism. This is my second time using them and I was provided with the same impeccable service. This will be my only go-to company when I am in the Miami area. The cars are clean, the staff courteous/kind and always professionally dressed. This company is a must for your driving needs.
Excellent service, completely recommended. My mom was coming to visit me, and she was nervous about the transportation from the airport, since she is not familiarized with apps like Uber or Lyft. I contacted this agency and they replied very quickly and explain you all the details, even when it’s only through messages. The Chauffeur waits a considerable amount of time from when the plane lands. I texted them one day before to see if everything was ready and they kindly confirmed me all the information.
