I am so thankful my doctor recommended this company for my DME needs. I fractured my foot in several places but the folks at Miami Durable took care of me right away so that I can begin to treat my pain. They helped me navigate and understand my insurance copay so that I wouldn’t pay more than I need to. They are extremely professional and willing to help get you the right equipment immediately.
I just think it’s very unprofessional and a scam the way this company does business and presents themselves. I never solicited their product, the physician gave them my prescription, they were about to show up to my home unannounced, I told them I was not home, they pushed to come to the Costco parking lot where I was at, sized me in the the parking lot, the driver with a trunk full of braces “confirmed” that it was of no cost to me, had me sign a “delivery ticket” in a rush and took off all in about 60 seconds.
