They have done an impressive job maintaining and improving the property, including handling major renovations without putting the burden of special assessments on owners, which is extremely rare in Miami Beach. The building is kept in excellent condition, issues are addressed quickly, and management is always responsive and forward-thinking. You can clearly see they care about preserving and improving the property long term.
