We had a positive experience at this urgent care overall. The staff was wonderful and attentive to my toddler’s needs. The doctor was incredibly kind, thorough, and patient, and the nurses were also warm and helpful. I’m giving four stars instead of five due to the wait times. We waited about 40 minutes to be seen, which wasn’t unreasonable, but after providing a urine sample, we waited over an hour and a half for results—despite being told it would take only 20 minutes. their workers are very rude wouldn’t come again
I’ll begin by stating that I brought my kid here for the urgent care due to something skin related, both the doctor and either medical assistant or nurse that tended to her are pleasant. The only issue I see here is the parking, think about that before you come here for urgent care purposes and especially if you’re coming for an appointment because you will be driving around only to locate a parking space.
