I’ve had an amazing experience at Nicklaus. The therapists here are truly wonderful — professional, caring, engaging, and genuinely dedicated to helping children grow and succeed. I would highly recommend this place to any parent. Do not hesitate to bring your child here; you will not be disappointed. The earlier a child starts getting the right support, the better it can be for their development. My child had an appointment at 10:15 , we got here at 10 because they tell you to be here 15 minutes early. It’s now 11:10 and we’re still waiting. I understand that they have lots of patients but they need to do better at keeping the appointment times on time or close to it. I’m giving them 2 stars, only because the staff has always been kind and the facility is clean. In the end we lefted wasted an hour and 20 minutes
