Sin palabras, atención horrible, llegue 30 minutos antes de la cita, después de la hora de la cita tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos,y cuando el niño fue llamado,no lo atendieron porque a esa hora había que llamar a otro especialista en otro hospital, conclusión perdimos el día pero con tanto atropello fue lo mejor,ya no tenemos confianza en ese servicio,nos vamos para otro ,cero profesional
Una falta de respeto para los padres que nos tomamos el tiempo de pedir citas y programarnos para venir a una hora y ser atendido una hora y media después no obstante no toman notan del requerimiento que hacemos los padres a las hora de hacer la cita para nuestros niños pido ayuda en medio de mi molestia al manager Cristian castro y no hay solución ya que pido las citas de mis hijos la misma hora y separados me traigo a mi mamá para que me ayude y en 3 oportunidades pase lo mismo de verdad que pienso que deben organizarse y ... read more
This emergency care is disrespectful, children with toothaches and waiting for more than 2 hours and the place empty, we had to go to another center, the worst experience We don't check the reviews when we come, and now that I'm writing I see all the bad things that have been written here, I see that everyone is right and reviews from 7 years ago mean that this has never worked.
