Avoid at all cost!  I have waited almost two months for them to correctly fill out my son’s allergy paperwork for school.  Without it, he can not carry his epi pen with him.  He is currently hiding the epi pen in his lunch box.  I work walking distance away from his school so I can help him if necessary but it has been extremely stressful.  Every time I call I either get an excuse or an assurance which turns out to be a lie.  They do not care about my child’s life.

Terribly rude staff, inaccurate billing, appointments cancelled with little notice and long wait times…are just some of what you will experience at this practice. Dr Perlman is great but the staff is just the worst.

My son has been a patient here for 10 years. We’ve stayed because we really like Dr Perlman. The office staff, however, is absolutely horrible. This last visit was the last straw. We had an appointment for my son's anual blood draw. When we check in, I’m told we have a past due bill. I said I always pay the copay, meds, etc. every visit. I also have not received anything via mail. Fine, so I look over it and see that I was charged for an extra Gingertussin. After insisting, they look it up and realize I was right.... read more
