I was scheduled for x-rays which are required before even scheduling a cleaning appointment. They called me several days in advance to get my dental insurance PPO member ID which I provided. They are in network for my provider which cover 100% of any preventative care. They called me day of to come in early which I said I could. When I arrived I asked what my cost would be and they said $89, which they quoted for x-rays. I had two deep cleaning for one for periodontal cleaning $900 and one for periodontal maintenance both done without scraping. I always have slight discomfort after these procedures. I felt nothing was done but a mild Cavitron rinse. I wanted to complain both times but dentist Pena was not there. She is there one to two days a week. They threaten to take me to collections. I want my money back. This office is ridiculous I've been putting up with half done work and canceled appointments for almost a year and still have no teeth and no satisfaction. Being forced to wait a month for a 15 min appointment is ridiculous especially when they canceled the original appointment. Now they claim that there's only one dentist in the entire practice that can give me my dentures. Its all a load of irresponsible unprofessional crap. Don't go there if you want service.

Very upset with this office right now I have been with them for over 15 years but the last 2 years has changed they used to care there still friendly but they don’t there responsibly. I had surgery on 12/31/2020 on my tooth they were suppose to call my pharmacy with 2 prescriptions for pain and infection well they never did and it’s the long holiday weekend and no one has gotten back to me after I left 3 messages.
