This was a great experience! The tech was able to quickly diagnose our problem and had the part to repair it in the van! He was in and out in about 30 mins and we had our Miele dryer up and running again.

Great service, nice person. I called the technician because my ice maker was not working and the refrigerator section was not getting cold enough. The technician came that same day and replaced a bad fan. He explained the problem and repaired it with my approval. He thoroughly went through my fridge to make sure there were no other problems. He went on to complete the general coil cleaning, and taught me how to do it myself. My refrigerator has worked perfectly since. Great service, nice person.
