Very unprofessional, didn’t welcome me when I came not even saying hi or anything while I heard her welcoming the other customers. I have never been rude or cheap when I go there I pay what ever they ask with a generous tip . When I was done with my hair the hair stylist asked me to take off the black top in the bathroom and I used the bathroom when I went there , when I opened the door they thought I left without paying and called all the employees to go look for me in the parking lot while I was just using the bathroom. Mary has been taking care of me for a long time and she is one of the best. I love this salon. They have exceptional stylist and I enjoy every visit. Ready for my next trim!
Unfortunately although I firmly felt the stylist was very nice, the bangs I got were the worst I’ve ever had. The cuts were uneven and choppy and the bangs went very far back, some pieces weren’t cut, and overall I think I’ll have to go get them fixed somewhere. It may have been a miscommunication on my part, and I did not realize how thick and uneven they were until I got home, so they may have been able to fix it if I’d realized in the salon, although I’m not sure if they even can be fixed.
