I had been there for Brazilian blow out by Jacquiline. I was told that my hair will stay smoothened for 12 weeks and I can do any hair style. I just tied a pony after that and it caused a bad wrinkle in my hair. The wrinkle never went away. It forced me to tie up my hair every single time. The masque and shampoo which came with the hair package caused a lot of hair fall. I will never visit the place again.
