Whatever you do, DO Not Buy a dress from these rude people!!!!!!!! Especially if you have to have it shipped! I spent 650$ on a dress that showed up with the lace all stretched out on one side of the dress and now have to pay an additional 60$ to have it fixed!!!!!! Seems RIDICULOUS after spending that amount of money on a dress!!!!! I called the store the day I received the dress and a Derek the owner blew me off and told me he was slammed because it was prom! I used my ex-fiancé's card to put a deposit down on a dress that WAS NEVER ORDERED... when we decided not to wed we attempted to get our deposit back... she refused, my ex attempted to redeem in court and the contract stood its ground even though the card holder was not the one who agreed to the contract... so no refund, we accepted that I was stuck with STORE CREDIT that I was held responsible for to my ex. Honestly, dresses are beautiful and good quality. Customer Service on the other hand if Horrific. I ordered a dress following their measurements and had problems with the bust area. Wanting to exchange it, turns out it is not possible because knowing their models don’t fit to people that are D-cup. Their solution is for me to return it : shipment on my charges+restocking fees(ending up me paying twice for the price of the dress, without having a dress in hand!)
