MIA is a great place to live. Really really nice management. Special thanks to the sweetest housekeeper in the world and to Zack, who can fix anything - these two might not be talked about much, but they make a real difference - being professional and very kind and happy people…. Oh yes, and Palo Alto is a beautiful and peaceful place with a wonderful mix of people and cultures that we all benefit from.
Submitted a Maintenance ticket 3 weeks ago and never heard back :-(
Pros: - location close to downtown Palo Alto - maintenance person, Zach, is awesome along with the cleaning crew. Best staff ever out of all the apartments I’ve lived in. - has elevators, though the notices in the elevator that they are out of compliance is a little disconcerting. One time, one of the elevators would not open for a good 5 minutes while I was inside.
