My broth was slightly greasy but I've been eating these noodles for years and for the most part they are delicious every time. Depending on which location you visit, and whose working.

This was probably the worst ramen I have ever paid for. The vegetable broth tasted straight out of a box, the noodles were mushy, the tofu had zero seasoning, and the egg was just a plain egg, no marination whatsoever. We got it to go and weren't even given a to-go carton big enough to mix together and eat from. I am so surprised because there are a number of STELLAR ramen places in baltimore (Peko Peko, Utsuke), and I expected this to be up to par.
