Better than ever! But I do miss the tacos dorados!
I went to Mi Tierra last week and had chicken burrito for lunch. The food was fantastic! And large portion too. I am a big eater and it was enough for two of me for only $8. Go Mi Tierra, see you soon!
I loved the old Mi Tierra and was excited when I heard about the reopening. Unfortunately the food is twice as expensive and half as good. I really want to support you but you need to bring back the flavor. I don't mind paying a bit more but not for food that has none of the freshness and flavor that made the old Mi Tierra so great.
First off, let me say I absolutely loved this place when they were up at the strip mall. They had THE BEST Mexican food around. I haven't came here for about 3 years. I just came recently this week and it has taken a turn for the worst. Not only have their prices gone up, the portion sizes have been cut drastically! The price of the burritos for the size of them is punitive. Sadly safe to say I will not be returning.
I have heard so many things about this restaurants. However, first impressions are very important. The greeter had no clue that we had reservations. We had to wait to have water. No silverware was not given to us until I had to ask. They did not had the drink that we wanted. The food took too long. Our table was not clean it had grease. Then the waiters just told us that the drinks that we had ordered were out of them. When I examined that we wanted the drinks the waitress said DO YOU WANT ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER. Glad to see you guys were able to rebuild, I used to love coming to your old spot. But i feel like you have lost your way in the new location. Please bring back the fresh hand made tortillas. Service and kitchen need a lot of work to get back to where they were.
