I made an appointment for my bridal party months in advance and called twice to confirm manicures, pedicures and acrylics for everyone. When we arrived they said they only had time to paint everyone's nails. No manicures or pedicures. The nail technician acted put out by us and was extremely rude. She agreed to do acrylics for me (the bride) and they looked awful and were short. I told her not to even finish them that I would have to have them redone the next day.
