Not All It's Cracked Up To Be – I have frequented your restaurant on numerous occasions without any disappointment. This changed suddenly last Friday evening. My wife and I ordered the Fonduta di Tortelloni con Granchio. The dish was sub-standard based on our previous times we have visited the restaurant. The pasta was still hard and my wife?s dish was rather salty. The portion was extremely small and the priced had been increased from $20-00 to $23-00. The dish was sent back. Fabulous Italian food – This place has yet to fail me. Consistently, the food and service are excellent, and the decor is elegant and condusive to a romantic evening. Great pasta, great entrees, great dessert, great wine list. Highly recommended.
Delicious home-made Italian food The setting of Mi Piaci is one of its best features. There is a pond outside the dining room windows with ducks and a fountain whose spray is lit up at night. The service is famously slow, unfortunately, but the food is very good. If you enjoy watching pasta in the making, pause by the kitchen window near the entrance and see a chef churning out interesting strands of fresh noodles for your supper.
