Horrible experience from day one. Nothing but lies starting with the Sales person, Mary Vernsk. Once you sign a contract they dont care about anything else. Im very unhappy with the their customer service. We couldnt see colors or materials for a house before it was built. Mary told lies from day one to force us in signing a contract. I have spoken to upper management and they dont seem to care no response from anyone. I did talk to a Sales Manager they refuse to let us find another house nor willing to work with us. Had a lot of issues with builder since they did a terrible job with the HVAC and they didn’t respond under the warranty to fix their design errors. Their contractor Mills Air are as bad as them, their manager’s are a joke. They filled the backyards with cheap material, don’t expect top soil.
