If I could give them zero stars I would. Called them and they just DISPATCH your info to random garage repair companies that are untrained and not professional at all. They sent me someone who took 3 hours, overcharged me but atleast 1k, left ALL the old parts on my garage floor, put sensors on wrong, left wires and screws on the floor, and put an old keypad on.
