Great service and didn’t have to wait a long time
I have been to Mi Express three times. I’ve never had to wait. The providers have been great, they make me feel respected,value my feedback as I am also a Nurse Practitioner. I will use them for all my Urgent Care needs

I went in because I was fairly certain I was dealing with mastitis and I just moved from out of state, so I don’t have a primary doctor or an OB established yet. I essentially paid my $75 copay to diagnose myself as the PA on staff wasn’t very familiar with mastitis other than the usual signs and symptoms and he was not comfortable examining my breast (his words). Have been going here since it opened. My most recent experience was not the greatest. The doctor we saw was amazing and took the time needed with my son. The medical assistant however didn't seem too confident in what she was doing. A strep test was needed and the sample she took was unsatisfactory, and the test came back negative. Come today and my son has white spots all over his throat. Good thing an antibiotic was sent in, since I believe he does in deed have strep.
