First time at Mi Estilo Salon and Spa today, I absolutely loved my experience there. Estella is a professional and the ambiance was so nice and neat. Estella honored her appointment time and time with me (the customer). I totally recommend Mi Estilo Salon and Spa.

I booked my appt w/mary 2 weeks ahead, even went to a consult before hand. She double booked me and I waited for an 1 until I got up to speak with her and she told me it was going to take another 45mins to get started with me. I decided to leave and yes I was a bit upset but gave her the benefit of the doubt and was going to make another appt when I found out she had block me. That is unprofessional of her.
