Waitress spilled a whole glass of tea on 2 of the 3 of us wetting from the waist to knees on one and splashing it onto my legs and new white shoes. Yes they apologized BUT nothing was taken off our LUNCH bill. The least the manager could have done was taken the lunch #2 off the bill ($9) of the one who he seen drenched.. But we didn't ask and I wouldn't have asked simply because that was poor management service. They could have offered. We will NEVER go to the WESTWOOD SHOPPING location again. Perfect stop for friends and family! You can enjoy excellent food and friendly service!
After an issue with my card previously the owner went above and beyond to make it right, the food is always on point and the service was top notch
I loved this place while station here in the late 90s. Still just as good now.
