What a great brunch! Don't just go for the food, but go for the staff that makes you feel like you are so valued. Go because of the value of the food. Go because the $5.00 Bloody Mary's are creative, a great value, and they have several. Their brunch is not a a buffet. The menu has some really creative items like a Mex Benedict which are poached eggs on a bolillo roll, chorizo and a chiptole hollandaise. The most expensive entree is around $11.00!!!! That is it??!! I eat here very often, sometimes up to three times a week. I usually order the cheese enchiladas and I substitute the red sauce with green. It's very good though the staff needs to get better at being consistent. The chips are usually nice and crispy though I have never had hot chips. The salsa is superb and is always just as tasty. The consistency they lack is in their portion sizes. I had the Al Pastor special one day and I was served a huge portion of meat. It was extremely satisfying. I so very much want a restaurant to stick here in RSM and so it pains me greatly to say Mi Casa was an unpleasant dining experience. Mind you, I tend to be a Five Star madman, wanting to give restaurants the benefit of the the doubt, but with the fare we just attempted to glutch at Mi Casa, I have to tell it like it is.
