I ordered food on Cinco De Mayo through DoorDash. My meal was marked ready and I drove 30mins to pick it up. When I arrived j was greeted by nice servers and hosts who all told me my order was on the way. After 15 minutes of waiting, a manager approached without introducing himself, and told me my order wasn’t prepared because the kitchen was busy.
