I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is moving or just needs storage! By far the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.
They were every friendly and helpful. We needed to get a lot of furniture out of the house to show the house. They moved the box then brought it to the new house. They delivered it exactly where and when I wanted and the move was perfect. It made our move easy. (It took us 2 weeks to empty it. They did not charge us the whole month just for the days we had it) I would never hesitate to use them again.

We utilized a Mi-Box during a home remodel. It sat on the driveway for several months. We were able to go in and out at our leisure. Great value, super clean and very good customer service. 5 of 5 in my opinion.

Great customer service from the office and the delivery side. Clear and timely communication and most importantly, came through on the expectations. Had a dual closing and timeliness of the pod drop-off/pick-up/drop-off was essential and Mi-Box delivered (pun intended). Will definitely use again when the need arises.

Our family was in between houses for a little over a month. Mi-Box was the most convenient solution to our moving needs. It was convenient because we could fill it at any hour in the day, I could pack as much as I could carry while my husband was working, & I didn’t need to find a sitter for our 3 kids. So easy when filled to just call & have them pick it up. They helped make this pregnant mama relax some what during the moving process.
