When I signed up for Medicaid, I signed up for Network Health to be my HMO. Instead, I was getting bombarded with calls from multiple case managers from MHS Health. I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Several months into treatment, MHS Health DENIED 3/4 of my treatment - including my anathesia from my May 20 surgery and all of my radiation. If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible services all around. They have contracted a 3rd party to have them call you, which 3rd party did not reach out to me. I have not received any letters from them about schedule anything. I found this out from the nurse I work with and she provided me the number. I had to call their 3rd party to schedule an appointment which they had no idea why I was calling after I had explained to them why I was calling.
