Great customer service.
They mixed up the date to give me an estimate and when Rich called me back he insinuated it was my fault whatever happened to the customer's always right or at least partially right. I would never use his services and I would suggest you do the same!
Rich Naylor Handyman is a first class operation,very detailed and very professional. White heating has used Handyman services on several projects and always had very satisfied clients.
Definitely a 5-star crew! Rich and his crew are kind, considerate and fun. They were on time, always cleaned up and very considerate of my requests and situation. Rich is excellent in keeping the communication open, always being available, detailing the job, and selecting the subcontractors, There no surprises. Outstanding! Will definitely call him again.

Our experience with Rich and his crew could not have been more positive. He listened to what we wanted and delivered a wonderful design. Always up front with costs and time frame too. Very professional as was the crew. You don't have to clean up behind these guys! Will definetly call them again for future projects.
