The staff (guy) at the front desk answer the phone is very rude. The client phone number to reach the patient is always busy cannot get through! Dr don’t keep fam updated
it is a horrible place to be. i was admitted as a pediatric patient recently. the staff where very disrespectful to us patients. they told a special needs kid to shut up and a bunch of dehumanizing things. they also ETO you for barley anything. This isnt the only thing that was horrible. THE FOOD IS REPULSIVE. It is so bad, even compared to other facilities. id rather go to the vines in Ocala then go to mhrc again. Don't get me wrong, the psychiatrist is nice, BUT THE NURSES TREAT THE PATIENTS LIKE CRAP!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
The Manger of the Children side lunisa is a bully and needs to be addressed professionally in a professional atmosphere. She likes to attack people for her own gain. I will escalate this matter. She needs to be either fired or checked.
They released my son from a program that was supposed to.be for 2 years, gave him no real.exit plan to continue progressing. Gave him no way to continue to see the Drs. They just released them unsupervised and hope for the best. The worse. They have a budget to help and pretend they purchased items for the patient and did not. Just very disgusting how things are done. Why release them with no meds and no way to get their meds
