Terrible experience. My family had to live in a home with mold, broken floors, a broken toilet, and we never got simple things such as a garage door opener that we were promised. We never had a doorbell ,yet they charged us FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS to buy a new door bell. It must be nice to take other people’s money to buy yourself nice things. Have been a tenant going on 2 years now and i am dreading the move out process. Every time there is an issue going on, its better to try and get a hold of the president than getting a hold of Tye, or any other person in here. Ive gone to the main office only to find out its closed most of the time. I try to make sure I always take care of any issues on my end, but when we need to get something fixed up its jumping thru emails, text messages that never get responded to, if anything they resend the text and disregard the quest... read more

Terrible communication! Lack of any kind of effort. This company has been awful to rental through. Although I love the home we are in this company is the reason we are moving. The lack of communication is just disrespectful.
