Bad management that gives you the run around when you have a problem with the vendor they hire. They had a vendor work on a new fence next door and when they finally finished it, they missed some pieces of picket boards that was taken down by them. I called MHN multiple times and Courtney. No one never called back or tried to rectify the problem. I told them I wanted the missing fence pickets to be put back up.
I had a great experience speaking with Tye. She was professional, friendly, and very responsive. She answered all of my questions and made the vendor application process smooth and easy to understand. Thank you for the excellent assistance!
Tye is very friendly and helpful! She was very patient with me throughout the application and pet screening process. After I moved in and had a question about billing through the tenant portal, she quickly found the answer for me. Tye is always happy to assist with any issues that come up.
