I always suggest that people start with MHM when looking for an apartment. The people are so nice, and willing to work with students needs. If I ever have a problem in my apartment, I know that it will be fixed immediately. If there are problems with neighbors, I know it will get solved immediately. I don't think there's a better realtor company on campus.
Over priced and poor service and poor carpet and if your room gets flooded by someone else they do not change the carpet and they put room heater and the apartment is so smelly due to wet carpet and I can go and on .. Very poor quality and over priced

You know a leasing company is good when people take time out of their busy schedule (ECE coursework in my case) to write a review about it. This is the second year I have lived at the Beckmanview apartments and I have 0 complaints. I have had a few maintenance issues including a weak circuit breaker which needed replacing, a leaky air conditioner due to a clogged pipe, and a broken toilet handle, all of which were fixed within 1 DAY of calling the office.
