MHM properties have been extremely helpful this past year! It is my first time leasing with them and I have nothing but great things to say. Our maintenance man goes above and beyond to fix odds and ends in our home and our property manager is always understanding of our tenant needs. In comparison to other property management services, MHM is very affordable and actually cares about all of their tenants. I would definitely recommend leasing with MHM!
I always suggest that people start with MHM when looking for an apartment. The people are so nice, and willing to work with students needs. If I ever have a problem in my apartment, I know that it will be fixed immediately. If there are problems with neighbors, I know it will get solved immediately. I don't think there's a better realtor company on campus.

Over priced and poor service and poor carpet and if your room gets flooded by someone else they do not change the carpet and they put room heater and the apartment is so smelly due to wet carpet and I can go and on .. Very poor quality and over priced
