I purchased a mobile home in the Falls of Ormond Beach in Nov 2021, not realizing or being told the park was under new ownership by the in house realtor four stars. I paid 45k and the lot rent was 1070 per month it is a nice park and I needed surgery at the local hospital and thought I would try it. Long story short after 27 months and 20k worth of roof, a/c etc my lot rent is 1470 and if I sold it tomorrow their lot rent would be 1600. The environment is really cozy. Bedrooms are spacious. And great thanks to the maintenance. Chris is a really nice guy to help me find my key dropped in the gap of the elevator and always get in time! Strongly recommended!😃
MHM is a place that truly cares about their tenants. They constantly provide their tenants with extraordinary experiences exceeding their expectations. For example, they have a lot of collaborations with local cuisines, granting their tenants discount on each purchase. They know most tenants personally and do special things during holidays and birthdays. I believe it is things like these that make MHM a lovely community, not just apartments.
One of the caring housing body in campus area. Landlord and PR are very incentive to the needs of their tenants. Would miss the experience of living with MHM.
Living in the MHM apartments was alright. When things broke they were typically very fast about fixing them. We did have issues with out building intercom/entry buzzer that were never fixed because management said it would require cleaning the electrical connections of all the apartments (it was too much work). Make sure to document any and everything upon moving in if you want your damage deposit back. We took a lot of pictures but still lost a lot of our deposit despite taking very good care of the apartment. We were shock... read more
I live in one of the cheaper apartments that is a little old, so things tend to break, but MHM is always very responsive to maintenance requests. Whenever there is a problem they have it fixed right away and follow up to make sure everything is taken care of. Highly recommend
MHH Properties has some of the best properties on campus. Got some of the modern interior designs, well-maintained, SECURE doors and entrances, and cares about the tenants' safety! The people are here to serve the students and the future tenants! 👍😃
