I need a new roof this year and I requested 4 quotes with MHI being one of them. MHI's cheapest quote was $42,000. The other three quotes I got were between $13,000 and $15,000. My roof is about 25 squares (2500 square feet) and very simple. No hips, valleys, dormers, or any other complicating factors. Cabor stopped by and did a thorough inspection of my roof and found issues several other companies didn’t. The price he offered included stuff I didn’t know the roof needed for the warranty that any of the other companies needed like intake ventilation. Very professional and explained everything needed and why.
