I have the same letter. I called the number on it and it was lies. Apparently it's trans union number with mhcsi's name on the letter. I've got calls into trans union and mhcsi....also reporting it to the government. MHCSI should be shut down until they figure this out.
Never had insurance through this company, definitely a scam letter, with no contact information, or which former employer company it was with.
Recieved a letter from this company today. Not understanding why I got it, I called the toll free number supplied on the letter. Couldn't get a straight answer from person on the phone. They wanted personal information that I refused to give. On the second refusal, I was told I was being transferred to someone else. I hung up. Hope no one else falls for whatever scam it pulling.
Both of my deceased grandparents received letters claiming their accounts had been breached. THIS IS A DEFINITE SCAM!!!!!
