I get 2 air bags on this place and after installation 1 blown up right in that moment I return to this place for warranty and they no want return my money or give me other one, they say that happened for bad installation, is not because the other one still working very well, is not a good place to buy parts if they are not responsible for defective parts they sold
Absolutely horrible! They quoted a great price to fix my truck, I drove my truck there and then they tore it all apart then called and said they couldn't fix it. It was there for 2 years! They called and told me to come get it. I had to have it towed out of there and had to go looking for all my parts because they didn't know what belonged to me and what didn't. Just want to give a shout out to Patrick Guillin, and Chris Holcomb!! Some of the best customer service ever! They are always right on top of any problem to come up with a solution always have the right part at the right time! 10 out of 10 recommend this dealership and these two individuals for any of your Kenworth needs!
This was the worse customer experience ive ever had when I walked in there were about 4 employees at the register and none of them acknowledged me so I walked around for a minute then I asked if they were available too help the Hispanic gentleman was very rude and disrespectful telling me basically they were too busy for me whe I was the only customer in the store so I waited patiently then when I asked them for chains they had no idea where they were very unorganized and unprofessional team at this location the way they tre... read more
