I couldn't be more happy or appreciative of the service we received this weekend. We had an issue with our Peterbilt unfortunately the Peterbilt in Grand junction wasn't able to get yo our truck for three days .I called Kenworth and explained the situation and I was told to bring it right over . About a month ago, I took my truck to this location due to a problem where the coolant and oil had mixed. I had to pay for a tow truck just to get it there. Initially, they provided an estimate that my company agreed to cover, but that same day they said they needed to create a second estimate, which was higher. I get 2 air bags on this place and after installation 1 blown up right in that moment I return to this place for warranty and they no want return my money or give me other one, they say that happened for bad installation, is not because the other one still working very well, is not a good place to buy parts if they are not responsible for defective parts they sold
Absolutely horrible! They quoted a great price to fix my truck, I drove my truck there and then they tore it all apart then called and said they couldn't fix it. It was there for 2 years! They called and told me to come get it. I had to have it towed out of there and had to go looking for all my parts because they didn't know what belonged to me and what didn't.
