First of all. I have used MHC Kenworth in other locations and have never had any issues. But this location in Grand Junction Colorado I would defenitely avoid if you can. My truck was towed in with transmission issues. The part that was replaced prior at MHC Kenworth in El Paso was warrantied. Great. I couldn't be more happy or appreciative of the service we received this weekend. We had an issue with our Peterbilt unfortunately the Peterbilt in Grand junction wasn't able to get yo our truck for three days .I called Kenworth and explained the situation and I was told to bring it right over . They quickly assessed our vehicles issues and contacted me explaining they would get to the vehicle the next day . I get 2 air bags on this place and after installation 1 blown up right in that moment I return to this place for warranty and they no want return my money or give me other one, they say that happened for bad installation, is not because the other one still working very well, is not a good place to buy parts if they are not responsible for defective parts they sold
