This was the worse customer experience ive ever had when I walked in there were about 4 employees at the register and none of them acknowledged me so I walked around for a minute then I asked if they were available too help the Hispanic gentleman was very rude and disrespectful telling me basically they were too busy for me whe I was the only customer in the store so I waited patiently then when I asked them for chains they had no idea where they were very unorganized and unprofessional team at this location the way they tre... read more
I've been doing business with MHC in Grand Junction since 2016 and as I've seen people come and go in their service department and now they have gotten Kevin. He knows your concerns as a driver and an owner operator. When something needs to be done he's your man. Enjoyed all aspects of dealing with MHC Kenworth in their special build of a truck. From the purchase, to the custom welding and mechanical work involved in the new features - their team showed great knowledge, ability and communication. From my experience of their management, employees and technicians this outfit shows a lot of depth of right attitude and capability. Rocked in on a scheduled Saturday appointment for an air-con clean and inspection due to blower being low air flow but still blowing cold and not operating properly. Under inspection system was leaking and the mud was an inch thick on the radiators. Without hesitation everyone hopped in and followed up on one another.
