Today we attempted to obtain a part number for 2018 Kenworth T8 Series truck and were denied this information. When asked why they could not provide the part number, I was told by the Parts Manager (Bobby Harvey) that it is their policy not to give out part numbers as customers just go online to purchase the part. This is the first time we have been denied part number information from MHC Kenworth.
